Spring Home Improvement Ideas

One of my favorite ways to spruce up my home is to clean my windows.  It is almost a rite of Spring to clean every window inside and out.  Also, it lets in some much need warmer, spring air.

With the advent of warmer weather, I start to think about all the projects around the house I can do to get ready for more time outside.

I bring out my lawn and yard decorations and place them around my yard.  This gives me time to take a look and see how my trees, bushes, and shrubs have survived the winter.

Another great thing to do for your yard is lawn, tree, and shrub feeding.  They have made it through the cold, hard winter and need a little TLC.

Next is the lawn furniture.  Setting up the set makes me think of backyard barbecues and family get-togethers.   This is also a great time to power wash and/or clean up the furniture.

While you are outside you can take a good look at your siding, windows, and roofing.  It is very important to maintain these exterior products so that you get the maximum time out of your investment.
