The project began when the client needed to update their home for a new homeowner's insurance policy. Although the roof was aging, it had no immediate issues. However, the client wanted to refresh its appearance to meet the insurer's standards. During our inspection, we discovered that the flat roof section had deteriorated significantly due to age and needed replacement.   Our team replaced the flat roof with high-quality SBS black roofing material, ensuring durability and improved weather resistance. We also installed new ridge shingles to seamlessly integrate the flat roof with the existing shingle roof, providing a cohesive look and enhanced structural integrity.   To complete the job, we performed a thorough yet gentle cleaning of the shingle roof to remove any staining, moss, and algae buildup. The cleaning not only improved the roof’s appearance but also helped prevent future damage caused by organic growth.   The final result? A clean, revitalized roof that looks significantly newer and ensures long-term protection for the home.
