A Unique Situation. Our clients Will & Marybeth needed a new roof for their beautiful home in Bedford, NY. The problem was they were in Japan and were not available to go through the "normal" process of buying a roof.
Solution
From the beginning, we had to think outside of the box to meet the needs of clients so far from home and in a different time zone. From the first phone call, we worked to establish trust and confidence with our homeowners. Staying on top of every question and concern, keeping in regular communication, and providing outstanding customer service as well as a professionally installed roof complete with extended warranties made this project a winner from start to finish.
Email played a big part in this project. From finalizing the details to daily progress photos - we did everything we could to include Will & Marybeth in the process.
