We’re impressed!  Two days after our phone call to your office your representative was on the property making a survey.  Allowing for the weekend, two business days later your Double R older, contract form and testimonial letters where in our hands.  By contract the numbers of phone calls, procrastination in returning our phone calls after contacts were made to other roofers, left us less than enthusiastic (and actually a bit apprehensive) as to what the final roofing work would be, if we had gone along with them.

Perhaps one could almost actively measure the “success factor” and future prosperity of an individual, or corporation, by the degree of competence in handling the drift towards procrastination!?!
