Solution
Our homeowners chose to replace their roof with a CertainTeed landmark roof in Weathered Wood. When replacing their roof we installed the manufacturer's approved underlayments, ridge vent, edging and flashing to ensure that their new roof will provide the protection and performance that comes with a CertainTeed roof.
When it came time to choose the siding, our homeowners wanted a vinyl siding to highlight their home, and provide a virtually maintenance free exterior with plenty of color options. We recommended Royal Woodland Siding in Heather Color. This siding insulates from the weather, high winds, and fading while providing so many choices in color, styles, and textures. Highlighting the architecture of this homemade it stands out as a showcase home that gave our homeowners all that they were looking for.
