This project began when the client needed to update their home for a new homeowner's insurance policy. While the roof was aging, it hadn’t caused any issues, but during our inspection, we found that the flat roof section had significantly deteriorated over time and required replacement.

We replaced the aging flat roof with a durable SBS black roofing system, designed for long-lasting protection against the elements. The installation was seamless, ensuring the flat roof integrated perfectly with the existing structure.

A homeowner in Mount Kisco, NY, contacted Double R A Construction for a free estimate on their aging roof, which had begun to show significant signs of wear.
