Dear Double R,   We are writing this letter as feedback regarding the workdone to our home by your organization last month.  First of all the work was started when promised, as well as completed in a timely manner.  This was very critical as we have been in a state of disorder for the past two and a half years.  My husband has been literally rebuilidng our very old home almost completely alone.  We are eagerly anticipating having a normal life before the holidays.  It will be a great gift not only to be living in our home, but having a life in a beautiful home. Next we woudl ike tospeak briefly about three of your staff who helped expedite this work.  Rany was the first to meet with us.  He was very well prepared and knowledgeable and stayed on the job as a central point of interface throughout.  He was readily available for any problems which surfaced and tackling such head on , so the work was not delayed. On the first day of roofing work, we met Havier.  Havier organized his crew with great efficiency.  They worked under his professional watchful eye.  But, quite frankly, the crew which we were sent were quite exemplary.  They worked with diligence in extreme heat barely without a break. The last perosn we would like to mention is Steve.  Steve is very talented.  He has good instincts and followed through until the job was done to our specifications. When we realized what a large renovation project we had started, we were concerned we had taken on more than we could handle, even though the house was in dire need of it. We’re impressed!  Two days after our phone call to your office your representative was on the property making a survey.  Allowing for the weekend, two business days later your Double R older, contract form and testimonial letters where in our hands.  By contract the numbers of phone calls, procrastination in returning our phone calls after contacts were made to other roofers, left us less than enthusiastic (and actually a bit apprehensive) as to what the final roofing work would be, if we had gone along with them.   Perhaps one could almost actively measure the “success factor” and future prosperity of an individual, or corporation, by the degree of competence in handling the drift towards procrastination!?!   At any rate, we look forward to hearing from your office when our turn comes, to having our work started.  Thank you.

I have a few kudos for Double R resulting from the nice work done in apply my new roof on my house.  As you know I was anxious to have the new roof maintain the aesthetic qualities of its predecessor, and it does.  I did not wish the finished roof to change the over all appearance of the house, and it did not.  In face the drip edges and ridge vent enhance the appearance.  I appreciate that the work on the roof began at the scheduled time and was soon completed by the crew of pleasant, proficient, energetic young men who measured up to a quality workmanship standards.  It was a pleasure and a gratifying experience for me to have this project completed with the customer’s wishes kept in mind, and fulfilled.  I wish you continued success for many years to come.

In late January you completed the roof, gutters & leaders, and vinyl siding on my mother's home. I personally inspected the work during the installation and upon final completion. I found all phases of the work completed in a very professional manner. You also met all conditions of our initial agreement in a timely manner. Your employees and the way they always maintained the work area in a safe and tidy condition especially impressed both my mother, who is 92, and my sister.
