Our homeowners Josh & Margaret needed a new roof for their home in Harrison, NY.  After much careful deliberation, they choose Double R.  Not only did we give them the look and color they were looking for, we were able to have the job completely done before their new baby was due.  

This project began when the client needed to update their home for a new homeowner's insurance policy. While the roof was aging, it hadn’t caused any issues, but during our inspection, we found that the flat roof section had significantly deteriorated over time and required replacement.

We replaced the aging flat roof with a durable SBS black roofing system, designed for long-lasting protection against the elements. The installation was seamless, ensuring the flat roof integrated perfectly with the existing structure.

The result was a refreshed, durable flat roof that not only improved the home's appearance but also provided reliable protection for years to come.
